What are corporate housing rates?

Corporate housing rates can vary for many different reasons. Each apartment home is unique in its own way. Rates are based on apartment location, floor plan, apartment size and interior furnishings. Our Leasing Representative will gladly assist you with our rates and availability.

What is the difference between staying in a hotel vs. a corporate apartment?

There are several significant cost advantages. On average, our rates are 30%-50% less than typical upscale hotels. Corporate Apartment living offers our guests an exceptional residential experience, with fully equipped kitchens, private patio, 24 hour emergency maintenance service, friendly neighbors and a professional onsite staff.

How long can I stay in a corporate apartment?

Corporate housing is offered with flexible lease options for both short and long term with a minimum stay of 30 days.

How can I pay for my corporate apartment?

Southern Suite Homes offers very simple and easy ways to make payments for your convenience. Our customers can pay online, you can arrange for your banking institution to mail us a payment directly, or you can simply mail us a check.  If your company will be providing your housing, our staff will coordinate with your company’s accounts payable department to insure that all invoices and tax documents are submitted appropriately.

How is my corporate apartment equipped?

Southern Suite Homes provides all the comforts and luxuries of home during your extended stay. Each corporate apartment is equipped with a full furniture package and complete with all the essentials for your kitchen, bed & bath.  Some upgrades may be added in select apartment homes to custom tailor your corporate apartment.  Ask our Leasing Staff about our upgrade options.

Are pets allowed?

Most communities do welcome pets; however, there are pet deposits & fees with some limitations on weight and breeds.  Please ask our Leasing Representative if your pet qualifies under the property guidelines prior to your reservation.
